Welcome to the Diving Tasmania community which is the State Sporting Organisation for the sport of springboard and platform diving in Tasmania. Diving Tasmania has a focus on providing the opportunity of experiencing a unique and exciting sport within a safe environment for individuals from all skill levels, cultural and racial backgrounds. Diversity in Diving is important to building respect and value for all participants, coaches, officials, and volunteers within the Tasmanian Diving Community.

2022 Age Nationals Team South Australia
A very exciting day for Diving Tasmania with our team flying out to the 2022 Australian Age Championships being held at the South Australian Aquatic & Leisure Centre. Our competitors will have training sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday to get used to the local dive tower and facilities. The event starts on Thursday and runs through to Sunday. The Diving Tasmania Board and members would like to wish our team the best of luck and look forward to getting updates throughout the event.

Diving Returns to Tasmania
Diving is back in Tasmania with lessons now being offered at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre.
Diving Australia CEO David Bell said the move is a welcomed reintroduction to diving in the state.
“We are very excited to see a return of diving to Tasmania and the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre,” Bell said.
“Hobart has a world class diving facility which has remained underutilised in recent years, this is our opportunity to reinvigorate diving in the state of Tasmania.
